Why not give the kids a taste of the great an energetic activity with some impromptu climbing class? It’s a great way to get your kids moving and it’s also bizarrely fun. Who knows they might even consider it as a hobby that might last! If it doesn't, you can always go back to more traditional energetic activities like football.
Keep boredom at bay
Board games will always keep the kids entertained. Set up a play station in the living room. Gather up some plush cushions, hats, props a bowl of popcorn and those board games. You can even get a board and let someone write up the scores.

Get those old t-shirts out, we found a use for them.A pile of paint or a collection of chalk will certainly let their artistic side run wild. Set up a white canvas, cover the floor with newspapers and let their creativity run wild. Even if they decide to dribble off the page it won’t be a problem, with washable paint there will be no need to worry.
